For 32 years, KUAF 91.3 FM has been the public radio station and NPR affiliate for Northwest Arkansas and the University of Arkansas community. As the only source for national, international and local news on the radio dial in our area, KUAF brings a weekly listening audience of 55,000 programs like Morning Edition, All Things Considered and Fresh Air. The insightful and thought-provoking news coverage in these programs is now more important than ever - and simply wouldn't be possible without listener support.
In addition to these nationally-produced programs, KUAF airs locally-produced programs that are not available anywhere else and would not be possible without your support:
- Local music programs like Of Note with Katy Henriksen, The Pickin' Post with Mike Shirkey, The Generic Blues Show with Paul Kelso and Shades of Jazz with Robert Ginsberg. Some of these programs have been airing for more than 30 years and have become an integral part of the culture of our community.
- KUAF also produces the daily news magazine, Ozarks at Large, with host and KUAF News Director Kyle Kellams - bringing you news from around the state and features from your own backyard. Kyle has been producing and hosting the show for 27 years.
- KUAF also serves the community by airing hundreds of hours of public service announcements each year - promoting the good work being done by organizations in our community - as well as producing the Community Spotlight, hosted by Pete Hartman, a series that highlights university programs and other non-profits in the area making a difference in our lives.
Listener support is what makes KUAF possible. Go All in for Arkansas by supporting KUAF, your public radio station!
